3)到http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-129.htm下载I-129并按要求填好(非常简单易懂的表格)。
4)写PETITTION LETTER， JOB OFFER， JOB DESCRIPTION， AND RESUME。(这些我都有模板，如果你要的话我可以EMAIL给你)
5)让你的老板在LC，申请表，和PETITION LETTER上签名。
6)如果你的公司的雇员总数多于100人，让CFO写信证明公司的年收入，利润，和目前员工数目(我也有模板)。如果雇员总数低于100人，要复印公司的报税表。
7)把以上资料连同公司的BROCHURE 或CATALOGUE和申请费寄出。
