Can I become unemployed after EB1140?2003-11-12 20:24:00

If I filed I-140 with I-485 for EB-1 when I am employed, but lose my job after I-140 appoved, can I still get I-485 approve? Do I have to be employed when I-485 is processing? Is it the same case if NIW? Thanks!
