My university will renew my H1B and H4 for my family, however, I filed the 140/485 (NIW) concurrently last year, certainly still in pending. Is anyone know if filling of 485 will influence the H1b, especially H4 application, as I-539 need to state if you ever filled an application for and immigration visa (3a, 3b) and I-485 (3c). Does anyone have the similar situation? Any comments will be appreciated.
