I140& I485 concurrent July 2004;
I140 Approved March 2005;
1st FP March 2005 (Code 1);
I485 RFE May 2005 (medical exam, birth certificate), return RFE May 2005;
LUD changed May 2005 atter REF received;(No LUD change till approval on 7/7/06)
2nd FP March 2006 (Code 3 for Adults and Code 2 for Child);
I485 Approved (e-mai and LUD) on 7/7/06 including all members of family;
Cards (all family) sent out (e-mail and LUD) on 7/11;
Received both approval notice and cards on 7/15. (may arrive early as I was on a travel during the week.
For my feeling, the recommendation letters are most important for success in NIW. Also, as long as your I-140 was approved, you will obtain the cards sooner or later. Just be patient if you are still waiting.
