i am having a baby and would like to invite my sister to come help me for a few months. my h-1 expired and maintain my status based on my hu*****and's citizenship. I have a pending 485 case.
not sure how i should apply for my sister, under my hu*****and citizenship? what is a promising reason to use for the invitation letter, i was told if i mention baby/baby-sitting, it's a good reject case..
please advise.
