12/10/04： 收到移民局LOCAL OFFICE 的来信，要体检，出生公证（当初没交），employer 的信 和照片。移民局的信上说： as soon as we receive these documents ,we will consider your application for approval.
把移民局要求的资料准备好，在Christmas 前寄出去了。
01/27/05: 收到当地移民局的来信, 原文如下：
A********：
Please come to the **** sub office to complete an I-89. Bring 3 immigration/passport style photos(see attached sheet for photo specification). You must make an appointment online through the inforPass system.
请问：
1）这是否是批准了？
2） 这I – 89 试不试面试？ 我的朋友英文不太好，一般的对话还凑合。如果只是去填I-89,安手印还可以，面试就不行了。如果律师去的话还要交钱。
3） 除了护照，I-94卡，EAD, 还需要带什末？
