Hi,
We are going to land Canada. We are now in the US and have already submitted I-485 with the I-140 approval. We are in the status of H1 or H4. If we want to land Canada, do we need apply AP first so we can return US after landing Canada? Or do we need re-apply H1 or H4 at the US consulate in Canada for coming back?
Does anybody have prior experience or know how to do?
