I try to fill out I-131 form to get the Advance Parole. I got this 1.5y ago, but did not use it. I still have H-1b visa, and my I-485 is still pending. Last time, I hired a attorney, but this time I want to submit the application by myself.
However, in Form I-131, Part 1, box 3: "Class of Admission". What should I write in the box of "Class of Admission"?
Part 7, how to explain how I qualify for an advance parole and how to describe the circumstances warrant issuance an advance parole?
