I am working as a residency physician holding H1B visa. I know I only can apply green card after residency as a clinical physician. But i should be ok to apply as a research physician. My question is what kind of documents and qualification i need to get labor certification as a reseach physicain. In another words, How much research i can do in order to apply green card? Thanks for any input.
