When Can I get my LC 南山2005-02-08 03:30:58

I apply my LABOR CERTIFICATE(RIR) at Nov.2003 .Right now I'm on Regioal level.I passed states(08-2004).But I haven't hear any news yet, is that anyone can tell me how long normally need to take and is that anyone apply at the same time with me get the response already?? Thanks you for answer and sharing.
