I am holding H-4 now. My hu*****and and I submitted I140 and 485, along with EAD and AP application to Vermont cernter in the middle of September.
It has been two months since our application and we heard of nothing from our lawyer. I am dying to go back to China for Spring Festival by holding AP.
Does anybody know how long it will take to get AP from Vermont Center? Is it true that I cannot get AP unless my hu*****and's I140 get approved? Can I still make our China trip possible this year?
