The current post says that employment based is Jun 8, 2004. My case is,
140, submitted Mar 2004. Nothing updated on the web. The BCIS phone says system is not available for my case number.
485, submitted April, 2004. Both web and phone say the same words that finger print has been received.
Question
1. is this normal that nothing happened passed the CSC process time?
2. Any body know the similiar case like mine? How to do an inquiry?
3. Any one experience the phone system down for days?
