收到Buffalo center的第二封信，要求银行存单，体检和Orignal letters of "no record" or certificates of "good conduct" from PRC+FBI
1)PRC的original letters of "no record" or certificates of "good conduct"的内容和格式有何要求， 4年前在国内办的无犯罪公证可以吗？中英文原本都需寄去吗？
2) 办FBI的fingerprint card 的手续是不是如下:
a.向FBI 写信索要blank fingerprint form
b.到local police department 按手印 (local police department 有 FBI
fingerpirnt form 吗)
c. 寄 fingerpirnt from to FBI
d. 寄 checked fingerprint card from FBI to Buffalo center.
