I plan to land very soon and think of staying in Toronto for several days. Do you think I should apply for a mutiple entry visa at the US consulate in Toronto during that time? I know that I can come back using my I-94, 797 and emloyment letter, but I just want to get a multiple entry stamp asap so that I can travel to China without worrying about my visa. Is there any risk of getting rejected at the US cosulate? Should I wait for sometime cause if I get rejected, I cannot come back to the US anymore according to the new policy.
