My I131 was approved Feb.9, and the status was updated on Feb 10 as "February 10, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued", So far I did not get it yet, Is that normal? I scheduled back china this Friday for family imemrgency. it is from CSC. Your help so so much appreciated.
