Plan to apply H-1b in Canada, and have Canada Maple Card.
Question:
1. I only have the lower part of the original I797(I797A and new I-94), but
Toronto's Web site says I797 must be full page, any xdjm has same experience?
2. Toronto's web site(U.S. consulate) also says I129B needed, is that a typo, coz I only have copy of I129.
3. If I don't apply for H-1b visa and come back from Canada in 30 days, will
my old I-94/F-1 plus the lower part of the original I797(I797A and new I-94)
suffice at the port of entry?
