Work contract for GC? Moona 文学城

My company wants me to sign a two-year work contract because my company sponsors me for green card. Is it legal for my company to force me sign the contract? Can I quit my job after my 485 is filed for 6 months even I sign the two-year contract? Plesae advise. Thanks.
