Thank you for your replay last time. We still have some doubts about my wife's landing prospect. She is currently in her OPT without any job. She obtained the EAD card last november and we are planning landing next month. From www.immigration-law.com, Jan 29th's breaking news, it is said once the EAD is issued, OPT cannot reenter the U.S. unless the OPT has (1) already had a job offer or (2) commenced employment before departure. In these cases, DHS will allow the OPT to reenter for the purpose of either taking the offered employment or resuming the employment.
Do you know anything about this by any chance?
