Please help with any hints or information:
I am going to drive to Canada from the US and land at the border. I'll stay in Toronto for couple of days, then apply H1-b visa at US consulate. Is there any trouble with that? How much chance the visa will be approved? I read somewhere from the internet that the Americans may refuse the visa if I stay in Canada for less than 6 monthes. Is that true?
