my NIW based I140/485 was submitted to NSC in Jan 2004. On USCIS's website, it shows the "last undated date" for my I140 is Jan 15, 2004, on which they recived my case. for more than one year, nothing changed. I would like to ask experienced peopler: is this normal? Dose this mean NSC never touch my case since they recieved it? That sucks.
For those people whose I140 get approved, did you guys notice how office did your I140 update? cause I submit my I765 last Dec, and I noticed that the "last updated date" changed several times recently, even though, the message inside is still the same with before.
