LC is sent to backlog center! newbump2005-02-27 04:15:13

Hi, my friends,
recently, my RIR labor certificate application in Philadelphia is sent to backlog center.I heard it will take about more than 20as month to handle this.

if you have similar situaion, would you mind to share with me how you deal with this situation?
