a transfer student has F-1 Pro Lily19682003-11-18 19:44:00

I am holding F-1 visa and my OPT will expire on Feberary 14, 2004. I could get in school again on first of April,2004. Will there be a problem for my status from 2/14/2004 to 4/1/2004?
