I am going to file I-485, AP and EAD, could somebody help me to check my document lists are ok for submission?

5. Form I-693 (Medical Examination);
6. Copies of passport;

8. Copies of I-94 card (both sides);
9. Summary of all entrances.
10. Employment letter;
11. Copies of payment stubs for the past six months;
12. Copies of federal tax returns with Form W-2s;
13. Two passport photos.
Checklist for Advance Parole Document
1. Form I-131 and application fee ($165);
2. A copy of the approval notice of I-140;
3. A copy of concurrently filed Form I-485;

5. Copies of current Visa;
