I was asked to turn in the other part of I94. I have two I94s, the original one does not have the other part. but the second one has one part said it is for personal record. the INS lady asked me to turn this part also.
Did you guys turn in this when you have your passport stamped?
A reminder for those whose I485 is approved and is going to have their passport stamped:
Bring all docs. donot forget the addional part of your I94.
if you forgot to bring them. you can mail it to them later.
