One of my classmate got notice from GZ consulate to have immi interview (also I-824), but he's also over 21 when receiving the notice. Can he pass interview and get immi visa? His 824 was approved before his 21st birthday, last November.

If I can't get the immi visa through I-130 either. Does my immigration application affect my future school application in US?
