My co. is sponsoring me LC through PERM. While most of the requirements are almost done, we encountered a hurdle on prevailing wage. My co. doesn't agree to the wage from SWA (i.e. they are not willing to pay that much for the future position). What shall I do? If there is no agreement on the prevailing wage, I understand that I simply can't file my case.
Any suggestions will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
