I have valid EAD and AP. Three questions:
(1) Can China Immigration allow me to leave China for US with a valid Chinese passport and AP if I visit China?
(2) Since my H1-B is still valid, can I come to US without using AP, so that I can continue to work using H1-B? I have never used AP nor EAD.
(3) Why they sent me three identical copies of AP?
