Help!!! I am already out of status and need to file a H1B transfer ASAP. I am now working on H1B TRANSFER to my friend's company in CA by myself. Below are some questions I need guidances on :
1. I heard that I need to file Form ETA 9035 to department of labor first. Is that correct? It says once I receive a number from labor dept, I I need to fill this number in I-129 form? I looked at the I-129 carefully but couldn't find a field to put this number.
2. after filling out I-129, shall I mail I-129 and ETA9035 w/ supporting documents together to USCIS CA center?
3. Do I have to provide the copy of my last pay stub? my last pay stub was Feb. 25, which is about 1 month away. Will that be ok?
4. i noticed that my first H1B application document back 2003, the employer petition letter was to U.S. Departmt of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service in my current state. shall i change it to USCIS CA since I will send the application to them?
5. for the payment to USCIS, since i am not in CA and i need to send out the package asap, can I go to a bank to issue a money order or it has to be issued through my friend's company in CA?
