Can H1b holder invite sister ? miss_sister2005-03-22 20:49:38

I miss my sister(24 yrs old) very much and want to invite her to come here for half a month or so??

I know this kind of B-visa is easy to get for my parents, but what's the chance for my sister? She has good job in Beijing and doesn't have any intention to stay here.
