I have two questions about Canadian immigration after I read some materials from www.cic.gc.ca.
1. For Proof of Language Proficiency, I have a USA Bachelor degree and a USA Master degree. I have been working in USA since May, 2000 (full-time). I don't want to take a English language test. I am gathering supporting documentation. Besides my official documentation of education and work experience in English, do I need to submit a written explanation? If I need, what should be included in it?
2. In the Form Background/Declaration, the 6th question is "Your status in that country": Now I am working in USA. I hold H-1B visa. What is my status? My wife holds H-4 visa. What is her status?
