Can spouse get GC from abroad? 1115zh2003-11-20 05:15:00

Is it necessary to bring the spouse into US with H-4 and then file I-485 together? or she can wait outside when we file?

How does it work if I get my GC first and marry a person afterwards? Can she still get into US?
