This is the third time I file Labor certification application. Hope this is the last time and will move smoothly.
The company will file the application using PERM, EB2. I assume the time line for PERM should be the same for either state, Maryland or Illinois. Then the question is about I140 and 485. I check the status, it seems Vermont is 1 year faster than Nebraska. So I asked the company to file it in Maryland.
Is this a good choice? Is there any hidden trick?
