My parents visa was refused in Chengdu.
The reason the officer said my H1-B visa was issued in Canada, not in China.
My situation is as follow:
1. Woked in Canada, then got job in U.S., and got H1-B satmped in Canada,
then come to U.S.
2. After one year I transfer my H-1B to a new job.
Please give me advices, what I can do about that? is it a normal situation or just she (officer) is just trying to be hard??
