Help: EB2 or EB3 ? feida2005-03-31 14:15:09

My position requires a Master's degree(Ph.D preferred), minimum 3 years working experience in the field, and other broad technical experience. My employer agrees to sponsor my GC application. Am I considered EB2 or EB3 category? I am with a higher educational institution.
