I got a job offer. I will graduate in May. But I am wondering if I could start to apply for H1B now since I heard things about quota of H1B. Do I have to get my diploma first? Also I heard on the graduation day, usually we won't get the diploma, just the cover of it. So just would like to know if I could apply for H1B without my diploma.
