老公485已approved(12/20/2004), EB-2. 我面试老公用去吗(4/14/2005)? he just went back to China and cannot come back on 4/14. My lawyer(American) said it is not necessary for my hu*****and to go since this is employment based I-485. No need to file I-864 or I-134 either.
Is my lawyer right? do I need to wait until my hu*****and come back? Don't know how long I have to wait again if reschedule. Thanks!!!
