My problem is this,
today, I received a mail from Bufflo asked me to provide the police certificate from a particular state in addition to "FBI report". Could you please tell me if they want my residency record? Do you think the police department in that state will provide me this kind of reports if I do not have any residency record since I stayed with my friend and did not rent any accommodations.
If I failed to give this report, do u think that they will deny my application?
If my application is denied, could you please tell me what the appeal process is? How long will it take?
And, I was also informed that they are waiting for the result of a background check? Do u know how long it normally will take to complete a background check?
I know there are many questions I asked. Really appreciate your answer and help.
