The processing time of NSC for NIW is still at Sep 30, 2003.
It seems that they work one month in half year.
They use some cases to cheat us. These lucky case got approved in 8 months.
But it takes account for less than 1%.
Is there any way to push them to work.
A woman working in a restaurant near this center told me the officers have their lunch for 2 or 3 hrs everyday. Some one even do not work at afternoon. Chatting and drink use at least 1 hour a day.
They eat our money and do not work for us efficently like other centers.
We should protest.
