My job location is at the PA side of the border between PA and NY. The
nearest largest city is Baffulo, which is 67 miles away. Also
Pitt*****urgs and Erie are 177 and 98 miles away respectively. Around me,
I can just find out only one local newspaper. So my employer plans to
publish the ad at Baffulo News. But I am not quite sure if the Baffulo
News is going to be accepted by the DOL since Baffulo is located in
NY, but not PA. I tried to call the local agent of State Department of
Labor. They told me there is no restriction on where we should place
the ad. Now I don't know how to deal with this issue.
