H1 transfer要交近期 paystub。 I know this is the most cases.
My promised salary for my present H1 petition is $36,000/yr in order to get the H1 position approved. However, the real salary that the boss paid me is only $26,000/yr. So there is only $2,200/month on the pay check. And this shows on the paystub every month. Right now, a big company is going to hire me and transfer H1 to them. The problem is that I was required to provide two months pay slips from present employer. Is it possible for BCIS to check the money quantity with the original document (Two H1 cases are in different BCIS offices)? Is there a better way to solve this problem? Or just take a quick look to see if you have the paystub and in status? The money shown on the paystub doesn't matter? 请有经验同胞指教。 一家人谢了。
