My company now has 4 green card holders and 3 H1bs(including me), the company is applying RIR for H1bs. However, 2 GC holders may leave the company, leaving only 2 GC holders left. Do I still be able to obtain LC, or shall my company hire more residents/GCs in order to meet some regulations?
