ask again, H-4 visa and I-797 H-42005-04-14 23:07:40

H-4 is to be applied at Shanghai consulate. H-1 holder stay in US and does not go back to China.

Does the visa officer want to see the original of the bottom (I-94, I have) or top (employer has it) portion? or both?
