Currently on F1 and plan to graduate this year. Concurrent filing of I140 and I485 last August in NIW category. Last month received notice for I140 REF and I485 fingerprinting (scheduled to next week). Prepare to get married to a citizen. Should I drop the NIW application and go for marriage GC?
