the 30 day job order timeframe must end at least 30 days prior to filing
Please read the page 12 of DOL PERM FAQ http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/pdf/perm_faqs_3-3-05.pdf
It is very clearly written that you must wait another 30 days after completing your 30 days job order posting. So, 30+30 is the MINIMUM after posting ad.
