我和老公已经拿到加拿大的移民签证，准备5月份去登陆。因为我们在美国上学还没有毕业，所以准备入一下境就回美国。我看移民局寄来的信上说：“You should wait until you have your Permanent Residence Card to travel outside of Canada. If you can’t do this, you will have to apply for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad) before you re-enter Canada”. 我们可以入一下境就回美国，让他们把Permanent Residence Card寄到在美国的地址吗？Travel Document是在Port of Entry申请吗？Settlement fund可以是我们在美国的银行开的信吗，就像申请材料里的一样？请大家指教，多谢了!
