Could anyone give me some guidance on my case?
I first landed in Canada in January and came back to the US soon afterward. I let my friend to receive the Green Cards for me and my wife and forward them to us in the US. However, unfortunately I was told that I need to have my photo retaken but my wife got her green card for canada.
If I am going to go back to Canada to have my photo retaken, do I have to apply for a visa and apply for the Permanent Residence Abroad? I have to file the IMM5524. Is that right?
Does anybody have the similar experience? Appreciate your big help.
