We concurrently filed 140 and 485 in last April. Our 140 was approved early
this month. And we did our FP in Jan. Now the 485 process date in VSC is May
6, 2004. I want to initiate an inquiry on our cases. But LD said the inquiry
may raise speical attention from immigration officer and lead them to spend
more time to investigate. Is this true? Please give us some advice. Thank you.
