Recently I got a call by a consultant company in NJ(Indian company), who said they can apply H-1B for me(F-1),I have to pay $3050 for H-1B after their Tech phone interview, then I will have interview with their clients.
I asked them sponsor me H-1 documents, and I will hire a lawyer to do application. They denied me by the reason which would be more effective to apply by their lawyer. I really want to get a H-1,cause I already got my CS Master in U.S, but the market is so frastrated.
Can I trust them?the company name is Aequor Technologies Inc, is there any body khow that company?Any Advice would be appreciated. Waiting on line..
