I am holding H1B visa and living in Virginia. My wife just came to US last month with H4 visa. She want to apply for a driver licence, but the DMV requires a I-797 form with her name on it. But we only have a I-797 form with my name. It is fine for her to use this I-797 form to get H4 visa. Now, how can we get a I-797 form with her name?
