My I 140 just got approved from VSC
I have my NIW RFE package for sale $100/copy
I think my hard work deserve the price, the reasons are the following
1. It almost include all the three points for NIW application (especially "national scope" and "Labor Certificate" waiver part)
2. I read thouthands of cases before I write the draft, and my lawyer and I spent a lot time to rewrite it
3. Every word has been thought carefully, so I am very confident even the most picky officer can not say "no" to it.
4. There's 9 pages, and I think no single sentence is not nessesary. In another word, all sentences are important.
5. We put a lot of effort to write it in a way to fit the officer's taste :)
6. I spent a lot time to study immigration law case for NIW on this
7. I got apporved immideatelly with this RFE
